Four contestants that ran (Abby Bagely, Kerstin Shaffer, Larissa Cooper, Brianna Woodring)

Every year on the first two weekends of October, community and visitors join the town of Bedford in celebrating Fall Foliage. People come for the food, vendors, and the crowning of the new Fall Foliage queen who will represent the county of Bedford. Female students from districts of Bedford County are selected to run for Fall Foliage Queen. The girls then will present a speech, participate in an interview, and then join in a luncheon with all of the fellow contestants. The judges then pick the queen that they believe will best represent Bedford County. Four representatives from Bedford High School ran for Fall Foliage Queen: Abby Bagley, Larissa Cooper, Kerstin Shaffer, and Brianna Woodring. Two of them placed in the contest. Brianna Woodring won first runner up and Larissa Cooper won second runner up. It is a huge accomplishment for these young ladies and the school would like to recognize them for their hard work.
