Bedford High School Entrepreneurship Class

The Bedford High School Entrepreneurship class participated in a walking tour of local business establishments on Wednesday, March 28.  This was an opportunity to hear from local entrepreneurs regarding the challenges they face and the rewards they obtain from being a business owner. Students toured Hebrews,  Farmer Insurance Tisia Maxell Agency, LLC, Bedford Banjo Shop, Founder's Crossing, Everything Tea, Bedford Candies, Geisel Funeral Home, and Re*cla*ma*tion.   Students also participated in a round table discussion with Tabitha Barbarito, Assistant Manager for Downtown Bedford, Inc. regarding DBI's role in the community as well as the changing landscape of our business community.  The class will be partnering with DBI to obtain data for future planning and development of the downtown.

Students are pictured with their tea samples from Everything Tea, one of the stops on the tour.
