For Volunteers Only: If you have lived continuously in the state of Pennsylvania for ten (10) years, you may sign a Residency Disclosure Statement that waives your requirement to obtain Act 114 FBI Clearance. Click Here.

Act 168 - Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (not required for volunteers)

Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training (not required for volunteers)
