Students and Parents of Underclassmen:
The high school has received a few questions about underclassmen and their lockers. Unlike the other two buildings in the district, high school students keep the same lockers for their entire high school career. Therefore, the school will not host any formal process for students to retrieve personal items or return school materials. If you have something in your locker you really need over the summer, you may stop in the high school office between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. beginning June 1 to pick up your belongings. This will include items in your gym locker. The school will monitor to ensure state guidelines in regards to the number of individuals in the building are followed.
The school understands this will change how next school year begins. When students return to school, they will return textbooks and receive their yearbook. If you want your yearbook earlier, it will be available in the high school office for pickup after June 15th if the shipping date is not delayed again (due to the plant who produces the yearbook being closed for several weeks).
