Safe 2 Say Something Anonymous Reporting Program

Recently, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania passed a law requiring all school districts to participate in the Safe2Say Something anonymous reporting program.  This program offers students and parents an additional tool to report concerns to the School District.  For information about this program please visit the following websites:

While we are excited about this new tool, district administrators would like to emphasize the best way to communicate any concerns about the safety or well-being of our students is through personal communication, if at all possible.  Direct personal communication will allow administrators to thoroughly investigate any concerns as quickly as possible in the event of an emergency.  The Safe2Say Something program is an additional option in the event that you are not able to contact administrators or believe anonymity is important.

As always, the Bedford Area School District is committed to the safety and security of our students and staff.  We appreciate the community’s support as we try new and innovative programs.
