Student Assistance Programs

Student Assistance Programs (SAP) are designed to assist school personnel to identify and assist Students who may be experiencing behavior or academic problems in school. The problems may be related to mental health issues, drug and alcohol concerns, depression or even suicide. The SAP team utilizes a systematic process, along with specially trained school personnel, to intervene and refer students to appropriate in-school and/or community services.
