Mr. Bingman was a Mathematics teacher at Hyndman Middle Senior High School for seven years. Then he was Dean of Students at Hyndman for one year before transferring to the position of Dean of Students at Bedford Middle School. He is a graduate of Hyndman Middle-Senior High School and a graduate of Frostburg State University, and he has earned his Masters Degree in Administration from Scranton University. Mr. Bingman also coached basketball and baseball at Hyndman.

Mrs. Pencil was the Assistant Principal at Bedford Elementary School for 3.5 years. She was a speech and ESL teacher for the school district for 11 years and a learning support teacher at Bedford High School for 6 years.   She is a graduate of Hyndman Middle-Senior High School and Lock Haven University. She earned her Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University.  Mrs. Pencil helps coach girl’s junior high basketball and is part of the Bedford Band Boosters.
