Mr. Windows, transferred from the position of Dean of Students at Bedford Middle School, to Principal at Bedford Middle School in October 2007. He earned his Master of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies from Frostburg State University in 1996. Mr. Windows completed his Principal Certification (K-12) from Gannon University in 2004. He was hired as a Mathematics teacher at BMS in 1989. During his teaching career at Bedford Middle School he also served as a Basketball Coach and the Athletic Director. He was transferred to the position of Dean of Students in 1998.

Mr. Bingman was a Mathematics teacher at Hyndman Middle Senior High School for seven years. Then he was Dean of Students at Hyndman for one year before transferring to the position of Dean of Students at Bedford Middle School. He is a graduate of Hyndman Middle-Senior High School and a graduate of Frostburg State University, and he has earned his Masters Degree in Administration from Scranton University. Mr. Bingman also coached basketball and baseball at Hyndman.
