Fall Sports

The Fall Sports Season is quickly approaching. Here is some information to help you out. 

Information:

All players must have their Sports Physical completed and Code of Conduct turned into the coach before Monday, August 14th in order to practice.  If you need a PIAA Sports Physical  click here.   Click here for a Code of Conduct.   Physicals can also be picked up at the Bedford Middle School Office.

Please come prepared with proper attire and a water bottle clearly marked.  Students will not be allowed to share to water bottles. 

Sports Pictures:

Coaches will let you know when Sports Pictures will be held.  Picture packets will be passed out by the coaches.

Sports Transportation:

Transportation is provided home at 6:00 p.m. every evening.  Buses will be pick up players in the High School Parking lot.  You MUST Sign up EVERY morning at the Bedford Middle School if you would like to use it that evening.

Equipment Distribution (Rear Bedford Area Middle School) Saturday, August 12th  9:00 a.m.  All Paperwork must be submitted by this date.

First Day of Practice August 14th – 18th    6:00 – 8:00 p.m. (All Players Should Be Present)

Pre Season – August 14th – 18th  3:45 – 5:45 ~ Starts behind BMS  

Note for mandatory preseason, they must have their physicals and code of conduct filled out and turned in, in order to participate.  

For all these practices, they should have the following every day:

white, blue, red and green t-shirt

shin guards

size 5 ball  (if you have one)

plenty of water

soccer cleats

running shoes

Trash Bag

We will be having open gyms on Monday, August 7th and August 8th 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  These practices will be in the middle school gym.   

Regular Season Practice will begin on Monday, August 14th.  

You must have your completed physical and district paperwork in order to practice.  

Please bring a labeled water bottle and knee pads with you.

8/21- NO PRACTICE Meet the Teacher Night  

8/22- 3:30 pm- 5:45 pm  

Starting on 8/23 practices will begin after school every day until 5:45.

August 21st  – Meet The Teacher Night – No Practice  

Starting August 23rd every day after school until 5:30.  

Practices will be at the High School Softball Field at the Track.   

For all practices including Pre Season, they will need all information below.
