On Wednesday, January 10, the Exploratory Business students showcased their business ideas in the BHS cafeteria. Students worked on various aspects of their business idea throughout the class. Students developed a backdrop, a website homepage, a business pitch, and other promotional items which informed the "customers" about their businesses. Dr. Itle Clark, Mrs. Imler, and Mrs. Sellers brought their classes to judge the projects and interact with the students. Griffin Bradley earned the highest score with his Washington Diner, while Joslyn Leonard garnered second with Joslyn's Patriotic Pastries, and Samantha Kendall was third with The Christmas Confection. Students wrote a reflection on the experience as their final activity of the marking period.
