Riley Vent and Sophia Genditzki participated in the 2nd session of Youth Force. This event was sponsored by IU08 and connected students from the county schools with businesses and local stakeholders to craft plans around the student voice in workforce and community development.
Students were able to analyze PA Smart Grant survey data, provide input regarding how schools can better prepare students for future careers as well as suggest to community leaders how to encourage young people to stay in or return to Bedford County to support the local economy.
