Bedford Area School District

Olivia Ritchey represented the Bedford instrumental program at the Region III band festival hosted at Penns-Valley High School March 18-20th. She worked under the direction of Dr. Julia Baumanis of Rutgers University to prepare a high quality program of pieces.
