We are excited to welcome our community to the Bedford High School Addition and Renovations Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! Please review the following parking and arrival nformation before attending.
The Bison monument unveiling will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the corner of Bedford and John Street. The main ceremony will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the new Bedford Bisons Athletic Stadium.
Parking Options
Main Parking Lot — Using the John Street Entrance
Limited parking will be available in the main parking lot using the John Street entrance only.
Please note: Currently, there is no ADA-accessible parking or ADA access to the stadium from this lot.
Street Parking — Cafeteria Entrance
Street parking is available around the school, including John Street in front of BHS.
Guests requiring ADA accessibility should use street parking and enter through the BHS
cafeteria entrance.
New Parking Lot on the Corner of Bedford and John Street
Limited parking is available in the new parking lot near the Bison statue.
Guests requiring ADA accessibility may use this lot and access the stadium via the new sidewalk on the west end of the building.
BMS Parking & Shuttle
Additional parking is available at Bedford Middle School and along nearby streets.
Beginning at 11:00 a.m., school district vans will provide transportation from BMS to
Bedford High School. For those who parked further down the street, feel free to flag
down a van.
Guests who prefer to walk may enter the field area from the Watson Street entrance.
Please do not enter or park in unpaved/stone parking areas.
Weather Reminder
We are hopeful that the weather is favorable for the ceremony. There is a small chance of rain in the forecast, so please consider bringing an umbrella and dressing appropriately for the weather.
