2/6/25 The following events have been postponed for today due to weather conditions: -Girls JH Basketball at Chestnut Ridge @4:000pm -Girls Varsity Basketball at Chestnut Ridge @7:00pm -Girls JH and Varsity Wrestling vs Meyersdale at Bedford @ 6:00pm -Boys 7th grade Basketball vs Hollidaysburg at Bedford @4:00pm *Also all BASD practices are canceled for this evening. This includes all Bedford Parks and Rec events as well.

2/5/25 The Bedford Varsity Girls Basketball game vs. Penn Cambria game that was rescheduled to 5:00pm this evening has now been postponed.

2/5/25 Due to forecasted inclement weather and commercial vehicle travel restrictions on Interstate 99 beginning at 7:00 p.m. tonight, the Junior High, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Boys’ Basketball games at Bishop Carroll have been postponed. The girls’ basketball team will play a varsity only game today at home versus Penn Cambria beginning at 5:00 p.m.

2/3/25 The Bedford Varsity Girls Basketball team was defeated by Bishop Carroll 60-25.

1/31/25 The Bedford Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Bellefonte 44-19. The Bedford Varsity Boys Basketball team was defeated by Bellefonte 71-65 in overtime.

1/30/25 The Bedford Girls Varsity Basketball team was defeated by Johnstown 57-41.

1/29/25 The Bedford Varsity Boys Basketball team was defeated by Central Cambria 68-61 in double overtime.

1/27/25 The Bedford Varsity Girls Basketball team was defeated by Central Cambria 59-37.

1/27/25 The Bedford Varsity Boys Basketball was defeated by Everett 56-53 in double overtime.

1/22/25 LHAC Swimming Championships Congratulations to Bedford's Emma Brown who placed 2nd overall in the LHAC Swimming Championships in the 100 free with a time of 58.6 seconds and placed 1st overall in the 100 back breaking the meet record with a time of 1:03.6.

1/20/25 Due to our region's impending extreme cold weather advisory all Bedford Area School District practices, games, and Bedford Parks and Rec activities are postponed for Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

1/19/25 Due to the impending frigid temperatures predicted for tomorrow Monday, January 20, 2025 all athletic games, practices, and Bedford Park and Rec activities have been postponed.

1/16/25 The Bedford Girls Varsity Wrestling team was defeated by NBC 36-18. The Bedford Boys Varsity Wrestling team defeated NBC 48-23.

1/15/24 The Bedford Varsity Boys Basketball team was defeated by Bishop McCort 74-55.
