Bedford Elementary Kindergarten Orientation will be held the morning of August 16th, 2023. You may enter at the front entrance and report to the LGI area at the designated time: If your child’s last name begins with A-H: arrive at 8:30 AM. If your child’s last name begins with I-R: arrive at 9:30 AM. If your child’s last name begins with S-Z: arrive at 10:30 AM.
During the orientation, you and your child will learn about the kindergarten experience at BE. You may tour the building and a bus ride concludes the orientation. Your child’s teacher will review classroom routines and activities your child will experience throughout the school year.
Your Kindergarten student receive their iPad during orientation upon completion of a user agreement and insurance paperwork. If you choose to insure your child’s iPad, payment of $30 by cash or check can be paid during orientation. Checks should be written out to Bedford Area School District. Please put your child’s name in the memo section of the check.
