On April 12, 2022, the Bedford County Chamber hosted a community reading event for grades K-3. Visitors from the community, the local Leadership class, and the chamber read to students and provided them with books, bookmarks, and stickers. Visitors also talked with students about their individual jobs and their involvement in the community.
