The girls' wrestlers have amassed 37 individual wins so far this season including Mylah Steinbuch's victory over two-time state champion, Brenda Banks of Panther Valley, ending Banks 43 match winning streak.
Each of the varsity wrestlers have collected at least two pins including the pair of falls for Mariah Hershberger that propelled her to a third-place finish at the Curwensville Girls' Tournament.
Sophia Genditzki picked up a pair of her falls at the prestigious Powerade Tournament while Geonna Vanpelt added one as well as another pin during the team's dual meet against North Star.
While chasing third place at Curwensville, freshman, Noelle Murray, got the slap of the mat against a returning district medalist.
The girls continue the season with a pair of individual tournaments and more dual meet action before surging into the postseason.
