The Bedford Area School District bus dismissal is delayed today due to a traffic accident on Route 30. The traffic accident did not involve any busses or students, however, it delayed the arrival of busses to pick up students. Students will arrive home approximately 15-20 minutes later than usual.

The mobile dentist will be at Bedford High School on May 1st. If you would like your child seen by the dentist, Please register them on line at https://www.myschooldentist.com/BSBAPA_schsrm or stop by the nurse’s office for a hard copy. Most services are free of charge for most students.

Due to a non-bus accident on route 96, Bus 36 cannot deliver many students due to road closure. If your students have yet to arrive home, parents can pick your students up at Hyndman Elementary.

Due to weather, the After 3 program and all after-school activities are canceled today, Tuesday, November 15, 2022. After 3 and after-school parents, if you do not wish your children to ride their bus home at dismissal, please make alternative arrangements.
There was an After 3 School Bus headed to Hope for Hyndman Charter School involved in an accident. No students were on the bus. All After 3 routes are running as scheduled.
The Bedford Area School District received notification about an accident on 220 below Centerville. We believe this accident will impact buses 19 and 20. The district is currently assessing our bus routes and believe we can get the majority of students buses 19 and 20 home. There is a possibility that we may have a difficult time delivering some students on bus 19 and 20. If we are unable to deliver your child, we plan to take them to Bedford Valley Assembly of God, which is located on the right-hand side of 220, North of the Centerville store and firehouse. It is located on the right side of the road. There will be Bedford Area School District administrators on site to help with reunification and we will continue to communicate as needed.
